Abstract

Module 1 實驗은 현미경을 통해 식물세포와 동물세포의 전체적인 구조와 내부 기관을 觀察하는 것에 탐구방향을 두고 있따 이번 實驗에서 사용할 염색약은 Aceto-Orcein & Methylene blue로 동&식물 세포를 염색시킨 후 현미경으로 觀察하면 핵이 두드러지게 염색되는 모습을 관측할 수 있따 그리고 이 탐구를 바탕으로 Discussion에서 원핵 진핵의 차이 세포의 배열 등에 관해 짚고 넘어가고자한다.
